Lake Travis ISD, Travis County, Texas

Given to the 345th District Judge, Jan Soifer, on March 11, 2025

March 1, 2025: I just started going through Lake Travis ISD files I received from our member, and one Fed Up Mom - this atrocious school has been and will continue, persecuting kids and allowing them to be exposed to violent, sexual, crimes, if we don’t stop them..
So now I have their scent in my nose... the first thing I notice when I started doing my own investigation, is that these folks don’t believe in following Campaign Finance laws. Office holders are required to file semi-annual campaign finance reports, regardless of whether they have activity or not, every January and July. Here is a pretty photo of the board, and a link to the non-existent campaign finance reports that they are required by state law to post online.

March 11, 2025: We have sworn testimony showing these people have covered up for deviants of all ages and kinds who have committed crimes against children. It’s time to make a stand.

Subject: Accountability Matters Private Membership Association - Documents Improperly Delivered to Clerk's Office

Ms. Sartor:

I am writing about documents that were delivered to the District Judges Office and directed to the 345th District Court on March 11, 2025. There is no cause number and no clear contact information for the person or people that dropped off the documents. I looked through exhibits until I found your email, as you are named as an affiant on the first page of what was delivered.

These documents do not appear to be related to a case, and if they are they are not identified by a cause number. They also do not appear to have been filed. As such, they cannot be reviewed by the Court. If you wish to retrieve the documents please let me know as soon as possible. Otherwise, they will be destroyed.

Best,
